La Drogheria serves the most heavenly scrumptious Italian pizza in Paris.  We dined here two nights in a row and ordered the exact same thing because it was that amazing. Located on a dark and quiet side street a few blocks from the Pompidou and our hotel, La Drogheria has everything that a restaurant should have; atmosphere and a speciality cooked to perfection. Canadian restauranteurs could learn a thing or two from places like this, it seems to me they disregard the “four essentials of dining: an elegant room, smart waiters, a choice cellar, and superior cooking” (The Art of Cuisine by Brilliant-Savarin, ⓟ1814)
